basically, i'm probably the worst blogger on the planet! i was feeling under the weather though. had a surgery etc but i'm not here to bore you. i'm here to show you some nails!
i loved this look so much! it's opi ali's big break with glitter gold stars added. the only thing that was wrong with this was no matter how many coats of seche vite i used, the star edges still snagged on things.
this was my easter look! it was such a hit and so fun to do. i didn't want to take it off at all! let's see if i can recite the colors used from memory...
thumb - avon... antique blue, i think it's called.
pointer - avon cotton candy
middle - opi do you lilac it?
ring finger - china glaze lemon fizz, the black is china glaze liquid leather and the orange is orly old school orange
pinky - opi gargantuan green grape
all of the white for the whole look was opi alpine snow.
i love how different this color looks in each picture? this is china glaze strawberry fields forever. i think have found my go to polish when i don't know what to wear. i immediately fell in love with this color and i couldn't stop staring the entire time i wore it!
this is opi silver shatter over what i was wearing at the time which happened to be strawberry fields forever. i basically opened it right on the spot when i got home because i was so excited to use it!
this is zoya phoebe with seche vite topcoat. it's sooo gorgeous in person. i was at my mother's for the weekend and had to have something bright on because i wasn't feeling very well after surgery.this was a fun one! i had gotten the new bundle monster plates and hadn't used them yet and that piano one jumped out at me. i can't remember which plate i used for the ring finger but i don't believe it was bundle monster, i think it was fauxnads. i used opi alpine snow as a base and then i used the black from a migi nail art pen.
my husband is so sweet! he went to chicago for a few days for work and these were the goodies he brought back for me. my first deborah lippmanns! also is a box set of michael kors very hollywood which includes the perfume, shower gel and lotion. it smells wonderful!
this is deborah lippmann glitter in the air over avon vintage blue. this is what i'm wearing right now and i hardly want to take it off! it's adorable.

i love nails and polish and everything that comes in between. i always have. i still have all of the polish i gained as a child and though i don't use it-- i can't get rid of it! i've been documenting my nail art since i really started to get into it but i've never found the right place to keep it all. until now.
i was so proud of myself! they're so cute and though i did this a few days ago, i still don't want to take it off which is unusual for me! i know my pictures aren't the best (i use my iphone) but i'm not sure of the whereabouts of my camera at the moment so it will just have to do. sorry! i used china glaze bahamian escape as the base color, opi do you lilac it? for the cupcake liner with avon cotton candy for the pink stripes. the frosty was a mixture of opi alpine snow and china glaze platinum pearl. the sprinkles were done with various sally girl minis (i don't know the titles), topped it off with a red rhinestone and a coat of seche vite!
